This Phase introduces further scientific concepts about food commodities and consumer/ socio-economic aspects of food choiceto young people, encouraging enquiry, debate and research.
This phase introduces concepts such as new and emerging technologies in food production, geographical indications and traditional specialities schemes, and front of pack labelling schemes. Over the duration of the project additional resources will added to illustrate these concepts based on EU funded research.
