This phase introduces young children to the concepts of food choice and international food culture and tradition. The resources look at their own food choice and the food choice of others, and what factors may affect this.
The resources also introduce the concept of information and food labelling. It hopes to ensure that young children are aware food packaging provides information. Over the duration of the project additional resources will added to illustrate these concepts based on EU funded research.
