The conference, that will be held at the Royal Flemish Academy of Belgium for Science and the Arts, Brussels, is organised by the INPROFOOD project and will be based on the Open-Space-Technology-Method, which was developed in the US in the 1980s with the insight that mutual learning is best done with some structure, but with as much freedom as possible.
We will work under the heading "Food and Health - Research 2020", and right at the start at 10.00 a.m., the participants will develop their own agenda according to their areas of interest. They will get up, raise their issue and host their own workshop of one hour length during the day. We will have several parallel workshop sessions. In the afternoon around 3pm, the groups will gather again and exchange what they have learned and heard and planned about "how to shape the future of research in food and health".
Simply register till 1st of November 2013 with your full name and contact details via e-mail to Christian Hofmaier or Ludger Benighaus.
