The courses are held in various locations in different countries, enabling as many members as possible to attend.
The course consists of an evening debate plus two working days.
15 is the ideal number, enabling delegates to have plenty of time for debate and practical exercises.
Total participation is strongly encouraged so that delegates can benefit from all the sections of the course and minimise disruption to other delegates.
An individual course certificate is presented to all participants on completion of the training. Photographs and videos of each participant are also made available.
