The TTZ department of food technology and bioprocess engineering is Germany’s most successful organization for applied European research & technology transfer projects focusing on global supply chains for fresh and frozen foods and their processing.
The Centre for Technology Transfer Bremerhaven (TTZ) is a market oriented and independent provider of research services. Since 1987, TTZ offers its clients from the business community, associations, ministries, district authorities and international organizations applied research, development and practical implementation in the fields of technology transfer, food, environment, energy and health. Overall, TTZ has 120 highly skilled employees and an annual turnover of six million euro. More than 4,000 projects with the majority being issued by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have been successfully completed.
