This Phase builds on previous learning, looking at food commodities and consumer/ socio-economic aspects of food choice in more detail. This phase introduces concepts such as seasonality, portion sizes and food price. Over the duration of the project additional resources will be added to illustrate these concepts based on EU funded research.
